Gina brewed a Belgian Wheat featuring the final round ingredient of canteloupe. The judges preferred Gina's entry to the 2nd Place entry brut IPA... Brewer Mel Homik made a valient effort with a signficant gamble on style selection.
The first round ingredient has been selected: Ginger!
Remember, you can brew any style beer; the best examples of well crafted beers that highlight the flavor of the special ingredient will advance to the next round. No sign-up required for round 1.
